Job Description -

  • Job Description - Responsible for preparing roadmap of the plan received from Head – Light Commercial Air Conditioners Division. Which includes the product range of VRF , Ductables , Cassettes.
  • Responsible for monthly sales forecasting and ensure inventory for the same.
  • To generate new enquiries by visiting the potential customers/ Consultants/ Architects. Maintain and regularly update relevant tariff tables with competitive information on rates/routes for major forwarders and carriers.

  • Service Network Management
  • Responsible to Visit of ASP & SSDs on regular basis.
  • Ensure MSL at ASP & SSD’s end & Monitor the Part Pending.
  • Coordinate with regions for Product Training at ASP & SSD’s end.
  • KPI’S Management (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Ensure customer calls are addressed on the same day (Same Call Completion Ratio – ASP Wise).
  • Monitor Repeat Repair Ratio – ASP Wise.
  • Monitor High TAT Calls > 7 days – ASP Wise.
  • Monitor Open Calls – ASP Wise. Should monitor call wise status.
  • Maintain database for Happy Call Satisfaction Score.
  • Ensure Revenue Targets are met as per the.

  • Responsible for clearing defective products at dealer’s end.
