Cauliflower Soup

Cauliflower Soup (Chinese style)

Cooking Time : 12 minutes micro cooking.

Ingredients

Corn flour

Chicken stock

Lean ham, chopped

Preparation & Cooking

  1. Place the cauliflower, 4½ cups chicken stock and salt in a large microwave-safe bowl; cover and cook for 12 minutes on HIGH. Take out the bowl.
  2. Mix cornstarch with ½ cup stock and pour into the bowl.
  3. Add beaten eggs and stir; add chopped ham; cover and cook for another 2 minutes on micro HIGH.
  4. Pour the soup in individual bowls and garnish with coriander.

Serving

Serve hot soup with soy sauce and chilli sauce with Chinese meals.
