Cauliflower Soup (Chinese style)
Cooking Time : 12 minutes micro cooking.
Chicken, coarsely chopped
Coriander, chopped for garnishing
Lean ham, chopped
Preparation & Cooking
- Place the cauliflower, 4½ cups chicken stock and salt in a large microwave-safe bowl; cover and cook for 12 minutes on HIGH. Take out the bowl.
- Mix cornstarch with ½ cup stock and pour into the bowl.
- Add beaten eggs and stir; add chopped ham; cover and cook for another 2 minutes on micro HIGH.
- Pour the soup in individual bowls and garnish with coriander.
Serve hot soup with soy sauce and chilli sauce with Chinese meals.
