Chocolate Sauce

Cooking Time : 9 minutes micro cooking.

Ingredients

Cocoa powder

½ cup
Water
-
1½ cup
Sugar
-
1 cup

Preparation & Cooking

  1. Mix together cocoa, sugar and water in a microwave-safe deep bowl and stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on micro HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring once in between.
  3. Check, if the sauce is thin; cook it uncovered once again for 2 minutes.

Serving:

Serve it hot or chilled over ice creams, cakes or pudding. You can also use chocolate sauce for making chocolate milk.
