Preparation & Cooking
- Mix together cocoa, sugar and water in a microwave-safe deep bowl and stir well.
- Cover and cook on micro HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring once in between.
- Check, if the sauce is thin; cook it uncovered once again for 2 minutes.
Serve it hot or chilled over ice creams, cakes or pudding. You can also use chocolate sauce for making chocolate milk.
