Corn Pudding

Ingredients

Cream-style Corn

2½ cups
Eggs
-
2
Milk
-
2 cups
Soft Breadcrumbs
-
1 cup
Cheese, grated
-
¼ cup
Parsley, dried
-
¼ tsp
Salt & pepper
-
to taste

Preparation & Cooking

  1. Beat eggs and milk together.
  2. Add breadcrumbs and corn. Mix well.
  3. Add grated cheese and stir.
  4. Season it with salt and pepper and sprinkle parsley.
  5. Pour in a greased dish and cover with cling film.
  6. Half fill a large bowl with water; boil on HIGH for 8 minutes; and place the pudding bowl in it and cook on MEDIUM for 15 minutes.
  7. Let the dish stand for 5 minutes and then remove.

Serving:

Serve hot with toasted bread or with any Continental meal.

Variation:

Mix 50% corn and 50% vegetables and follow the recipe.
