Fruit Medley

Cooking Time : 7 minutes micro cooking.

Ingredients

Bananas

Apples

Oranges

Pineapple pieces or Pears

Black Grapes

1 cup
Dates

1 cup
Orange juice

1 cup
Lemon juice

1 tbsp
Apricots
-
10 - 15
Sherry or Brandy

1 tbsp
Mixed Nuts, toasted

½ cup

Preparation & Cooking

  1. Peel and cut apples and bananas into 1-inch pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Peel oranges and take out segments or clean and wash grapes.
  3. Cut pears into slices.
  4. Chop dates or stone apricots.
  5. Place all the fruits and dry fruits in layers in a heatproof dish.
  6. Mix orange juice and brandy and sprinkle over fruits; cover with a lid or cling film and heat it through on REHEAT for 7 minutes.
  7. Open the lid and sprinkle with nuts and serve.

Serving

Serve hot.

Note

This is just an ideal dish for winter months when one does not like to touch fresh fruits because of the severe cold.
