Ice Cream Gateaux
Cooking Time : 10 minutes micro cooking.
Vanilla ice cream
1 party pack
Mixed Dry fruits, finely chopped
Cake fruit (tutti-frutti)
Candied peels, finely chopped
Preparation & Cooking
- Chill a rectangular shallow dish for 30 minutes.
- Boil 400 ml milk in a microwave-safe bowl with sugar for 6 minutes on HIGH; mix corn flour with 100 ml milk and add to the boiling milk; stir properly and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes, uncovered, stirring once after 2 minutes.
- Add chopped cake fruits and candid peels. Mix vanilla essence and chopped strawberries. Stir and cool.
- Chill the custard under refrigeration.
Take out ice cream slab from its packing; place in the chilled dish; cover it with the prepared and chilled custard and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
