Our manufacturing facility is located in Bawal, Haryana, and is one of India’s largest manufacturing facilities for air conditioners, spanning over approximately 230,000 150,000 sq. ft. and with an initial annual flat volume production capacity of 7,00,000, which will soon be expanded to 1,000,000 units.
We further plan to strengthen our market position in the residential air conditioning and white goods market in India with an investment of Rs. 500 crores over a five to six year period.
We consider our factory to be a very significant milestone. The plant became fully operational in October 2012; a short eight months after construction began in February 2012. We intend to bring state-of-the-art technologies that have been localized for the Indian consumer. We also aim to provide an employee-friendly working environment for over 1000 employees we aim to hire by the time we reach full capacity.
Our factory uses 100 percent recycled water, rainwater harvesting, evaporative air-cooling in production areas and maximum use of natural lighting on the shop floor to not only save energy but to ensure a greener and cleaner manufacturing process.
We constantly strive to be more efficient in reducing energy, waste, water, and carbon emissions during the manufacturing process. Apart from implementing energy-saving practices at our facilities, we also focus on minimizing resource consumption throughout the entire supply chain, including procurements and logistics.
