Peach Sauce

Cooking Time : 3 minutes micro cooking.

Ingredients

Peaches

Water

¼ cup
Vanilla essence

½ tsp
Sugar

¼ cup
Lemon juice

1 tbsp

Preparation & Cooking

  1. Peel peaches and slice them. Discard the stone.
  2. Cut the slices into small pieces and keep aside.
  3. In a microwave-safe glass dish combine sugar, water, lemon juice and vanilla and boil for 3 minutes on HIGH.
  4. Add chopped peaches in it and cover. Let it stand and cool. Chill properly.

Serving:

Serve chilled peach sauce over ice creams.

Tip:

You may let the peaches stand in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes covered, remove and place under cold water and then peel.
