• Promotional 5 years warranty means extension of warranty period for 4 years after the completion of the standard warranty, for all those customers who have purchased Midea Split Inverter ACs.
• Company shall at its sole discretion will repair or replace such defective product or parts thereof. Company reserves the right to decide at its discretion, for replacing any defective part with a substitute without affecting the performance of the product. All parts removed by company shall be the property of the company. In the event company carries out repairs or replacement of any part during the comprehensive warranty period, the warranty shall thereafter continue only for the remaining period of the warranty.
• The product will have extended warranty on functional parts from the date of invoice subjected to following conditions:
  • Product is purchased through authorized dealer of the company.
  • Unit must preferably be installed and serviced through a Carrier Midea India Authorized Service Partner / Dealer for proper functioning
  • Purchase invoice must fall under the “Promotional 4 Years Extended Warranty Scheme period range. Currently the scheme period is 1^st April 2026 to 30 June 2026.
  • Customers must register their product within 15 days from the date of invoice to be eligible for the comprehensive warranty.
  • For all warranties, invoice will be validated by the technician at the time-of-service intervention. In absence of the same, warranty shall stand null and void.
  • Company reserves its right to refuse to confirm extended warranty at the time of intervention where the unit is installed at any place other than residential purpose.
  • From second year onwards, it is advisable that the customer should get the air conditioner regularly serviced through Company’s authorized service provider as per Rate Chart for proper functioning. If it is observed at the time-of-service intervention by Carrier Midea India Authorized Service Partner / Dealer that only preventive maintenance service is required, the same shall be chargeable.
  • The extended warranty shall not be in any case extended towards any monetary compensation whatsoever or return or replacement of the product.
  • Company reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add / alter / modify / change or vary any / all the offer terms.
  • The labour charges/ visiting charges are payable as per company policy except as stated below.
  • The company reserves sole right (during extended Warranty) to either repairs or replace (when the component/part is not repairable) these components which includes only (1) the PCB of Indoor unit (IDU) and / or (2) PCB of Outdoor unit (ODU), (3) IDU Evaporating Coil, (4) ODU Condenser Coil, (5) Motor and (6) Gas Charging (only in case where defective Condenser/compressor are repaired/changed). The labour charges / visiting are not chargeable under this clause.
  • Any Service charges/ visiting charges are payable as per company policy except as stated in above clause (where any repair or replacement of component is done by company under extended warranty).
  • The company reserves its sole right to defective parts shall be replaced with a functionally working, repaired or new equivalent part only if it cannot be repaired. The decision of Carrier Midea India will be final in this regard.
  • Apart from this Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions, the warranty terms & conditions as mentioned in the User Manual shall also be additionally applicable and be binding.
  • Extended warranty scheme is applicable for individual customers and residential use only. This offer is not applicable for institutional/ corporate customers and/or for commercial use.
  • Extended Warranty will not be applicable for installations in areas prone to corrosion due to toxic / gas emissions from sewage or storm water drains or saltwater spray or chemical gas.

Exclusions:

• Post completion of 1-year standard warranty, under the extended warranty, component warranty will include all functional components other than plastic parts, sheet metals, accessories & transportation.

The Extended warranty will be null and void in the following conditions:

• Damage is caused by improper usage or due to faulty electrical supply/connection (as per specifications).
• Any physical damage to the AC or any parts/components will not be covered under any warranty
