Minimum Educational Qualifications required for the job. B.E. / B.Tech. Minimum years of Experience required for the job. Total Experience: 5+ years

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

To establish the brand and introduce new products as per company’s plan.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Sales Operation of Light Commercial & VRF for Branch. Sales forecasting & plan, accomplishment of targets, increase sales turnover in market presence, relationship in channel management, appointment of new dealers, liasioning with architects, consultants, influencers, inventory management, coordination with service team, collection & monitoring of payments, conducting & executing the promotional activities, participation in exhibitions, pricing strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Preparing roadmap of the plan received for Branch Light Commercial Sales.
  • Responsible for monthly sales forecasting and ensure inventory for the same.
  • Monitoring sales and achieving targets.
  • Responsible for expansion of channel network.
  • Responsible for contacting enquiries generated through Architects, Consultant, Developers, Dealers, Cold calls etc. And keeping track by doing regular contact with them.
  • Tracking tenders through websites, newspaper etc. And contacting customers for tender details.
  • Preparing tender and submit to client within the time limit.
  • Meeting client for technical & commercial discussion of the project.
  • Responsible for Market Mapping in terms of Market Size, Competition market share.

DELEGATION OF RESPONSILITY:

    Independently / with immediate team
  • Responsible for managing consultants and architects call cycle reports
  • Responsible for market mapping
  • Keeping track on customer outstanding
  • Organize technical training to dealers
  • Handling enquires of customers and covert them to buyers
  • Selecting dealers
    In consultation with Superior / Steering committee
  • Selecting dealers
  • Selecting credit limits for dealers and customers
  • Organising meeting/get together with influencers

INTERFACE:
