Designation Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager – S&OP Function Logistics
Reporting to Planning and Logistics Head Grade M4
Minimum Educational Qualifications required for the job. Diploma / Degree in B.com and MBA Minimum years of Experience required for the job. Total Experience: 8 to 10 years

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

End to end demand planning, supply planning and operations managemnet.

JOB PROFILE:

  • Inventory Management skills.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Consolidate the forecast for finished goods, convert into the requirement plan, discuss with sales head and finalize the SKU’s wise plan. Support decision making with analysis of sales data to enhance internal customer experience for product availability Arrange bi monthly S&OP meetings for RAC and LC with top management, present data related to sales, production, inventory and aging. Plan the production and supply the goods and equipment as per the requirement of sales and distribution. Inventory management at factory and distribution offices. To establish and manage product production and distribution network. To ensure balanced supply of products to the branches/customers on time. Day to day communication with sales team/factory team related to products/inventory/planning/new SKU’s etc. Help sales team for reviewing and finalizing the forecast using tool sales trend/demand planning, product availability.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Consolidate Monthly/bi monthly forecast
  • Release monthly /weekly production plan.
  • Arrange Sales & Operation Planning meeting
  • Present data related to sales, production/inventory in S&OP meeting
  • Help management to take decision related to PSI
  • On time delivery of products within allowed lead-time
  • Allocate the products as per requirement
  • To ensure product availability
  • Feedback/ Update on product availability
  • Inventory management across the country.

DELEGATION OF RESPONSILITY:

  • Independently / with immediate team
