FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
Technical Support to the Sales team in designing & executing the projects to meet the business plan as per site condition.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Sales Support
- Provide technical support to the sales team in the sales queries for VRF Business.
- Understanding market dynamics and support sales team in developing strategies to gain incremental business.
- Provide technical data as per technical query in tender/ BOQ.
- Testing, Commissioning & handover to the client & service team.
- Periodic site visit & audit of VRF/ LC Projects.
- Coordination with HO & Factory team for product related issues.
- Understanding new technologies/modifications in products and conveying the same to sales team and dealers. Implementation of new technologies as per client requirements.
Channel & Client Management
- Responsible for efficient management of the existing channel.
- Technical support to Channel /Client & to their team.
- Periodic training to Channel/Client & to their team.
- Meeting Channel & Client for technical discussion for execution of project as per final BOQ (Making Heat Load calculations, BOQ, Cost Estimating Sheets.)
- Understanding Client Requirement (Understanding Drawings , Specifications etc)
- Preparing project report as per client requirement (Unit Selection , Tonnage , Pipe Selection through selection software etc).
- Implement solution as per as per customer requirements.
Sales Force Training System
- Responsible to achieve the targeted no. of site visits & audit as per the plan.
- Ensure proper compliance of CMI Connect Application as per the guidelines.
Service
- Support, Service team to resolve service issues across all channels.
- Identification of errors in units/systems and troubleshooting the same as per client complaints
