A key highlight of our initiatives is our internship program for visually challenged individuals in collaboration with NABS India. We launched this program within our Customer Service Department, providing trainees with essential skills to connect with customers, understand their concerns, and deliver best-in-class service. This experience has proven valuable for their professional growth and development.
Our commitment extends to underprivileged children, where we focus on equipping them with tools and knowledge to shape their future positively. We conduct career counseling sessions, host workshops on the influence of digital media, and discuss emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence. These sessions empower children to leverage technology constructively, helping them build promising careers and avoid negative influences. Our goal is to inspire and equip them to overcome the challenges of poverty, offering continuous support and opportunities for skill development.
