I embarked on my journey with Carrier Midea in 2012, stepping into the role of Area Manager in Sales, based in Kolkata. From the very beginning, my vision and mission was clear – to expand the network of the Carrier brand in the dynamic West Bengal market.
Diligently working towards our objectives, we strategically placed our brand across all channels, and the results were indeed gratifying. The experience gained during these initial years laid a strong foundation for my career at Carrier Midea india.
After five years of dedicated service, I was presented with a golden opportunity to take charge of the Bihar and Jharkhand branch as a Branch Manager. This role not only expanded my professional horizons but also provided me with an immense opportunity to grow as a leader within the organization.
Having successfully navigated the challenges of the Bihar and Jharkhand market, I was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the Kolkata branch as a Branch Manager. This role brought its own set of unique experiences, further enriching my journey with CMI.
My tenure here, has been nothing short of a wonderful experience. The company not only provided a conducive environment for professional growth but also served as an invaluable platform for continuous learning.
