Role And Responsibility

• Responsible to handle Light Comme/Variable Refrigerant Flow service operations along with retail operations.
• Appointment & regular Training of Authorized Service Partner network in the assigned area.
• Ensure availability of Spares & Trainings on CRM at Authorized Service Partner & Sales and Service Dealer.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of Sales and Service Dealer’s commission.
• Responsible for Annual Maintenance Contract sales revenue.
• Ensure that all service calls and deliverables are attended and completed successfully with in defined response time.
• Authorize Service Partner Wise, monitoring of repeat repair calls, Turn around time of Calls & Key Performance Indicators achievement.
• Preparing & sharing weekly/monthly Service Management Information System.
