Scheme Period: 1st Jan’2022 till 31st March 2023

FOR HYBRIDJET INVERTER AIR CONDITIONER:

5 (1+4) Years extended warranty on PCB for Carrier Hybridjet Inverter Split Air conditioner.

• Special Extended Warranty on purchase of all Carrier “Hybridjet Inverter” SACs applicable on retail/offline sale or from our CMI E-store and does not cover e-commerce sale.
• Purchase invoice date must fall under the “Extended Warranty Scheme period range”.
• Special Extended Warranty scheme, products eligible for 1 Year Standard Warranty + 4 Years of Extended PCB Warranty, hence a total of 5 Years Warranty on PCB. This extended warranty is subject to online registration
• Applicable on Hybridjet inverter 2020, 2021 & 2022 range AC covering PCB replacement/repair of Indoor/outdoor for 5(1+4) years tenure.
• Post completion of 1-year standard warranty, PCB will be repaired/replaced free of cost but the Consumer has to pay for the standard visit charges (as applicable at that time) and any other work being done during the visit.

FOR STANDARD (NON HYBRIDJET) INVERTER AIR CONDITIONER:

3 (1+2) Years extended warranty on PCB for Carrier Standard Inverter Split Air conditioner.

• Special extended warranty on purchase of Carrier “standard Inverter” SACs applicable only on retail/offline sale or from our CMI E-store and does not cover e-commerce sale.
• Purchase invoice date must fall under the “Extended Warranty Scheme period range”.
• Special extended warranty scheme products eligible for 1 Year Standard Warranty + 2 Years of Extended PCB warranty, hence, a total of 3 years’ warranty on PCB. This extended warranty is subject to online registration. Applicable on standard inverter 2020, 2021 & 2022 range AC covering PCB replacement of Indoor/outdoor unit for 3(1+2) years tenure.
• Post completion of 1-year standard warranty PCB will be repaired/replaced free of cost but the Consumer has to pay for the standard visit charges (as applicable at that time) and any other work being done during the visit.

1. Prerequisite Conditions for availing extended warranty

• The product needs to be registered online by the consumer within 30 days of purchase on company website https://carriermideaindia.com/terms-conditions/ under product extended warranty offer. This registration will generate an extended warranty email which needs to be kept safely till the validity of the warranty period.
• Consumer needs to provide a copy of email and show the original invoice to the technician at the time of availing the same.
• Warranty applicable on AC installed by Carrier authorized service centers only.

Extended warranty will be null and void

• This warranty shall stand automatically terminated in the event of the said unit being serviced, repaired, installed, de-installed, re-installed or otherwise attended to by and person or organization or agency or by the said purchaser himself (by whatever name called), other that the authorized representative / Dealer of the company.
• Damage is caused by improper usage or due to faulty electricity supply/connection (as per specifications) or moisture.
• In additions to warranty conditions mentioned over here, all standard warranty terms & condition in the user/owner manual will be applicable during this extended warranty period.

2. Extend warranty is applicable for individual consumers. This offer is not applicable for institutional/ corporate/ commercial consumer.

*The warranty scheme is not applicable on the models purchased from e-commerce sale.

For Online Customers

Scheme Period: 01st April till 31st March 2023

FOR INVERTER AIR CONDITIONER:

5 (1+4) Years extended warranty on PCB for Carrier Inverter Split Air conditioner.

• Special Extended Warranty on purchase of all Carrier “Hybridjet Inverter and standard Inverter” SACs applicable on Ester Cxi & Indus Cxi (Beige Colour).
• Purchase invoice date must fall under the “Extended Warranty Scheme period range”.
• Special Extended Warranty scheme, products eligible for 1 Year Standard Warranty + 4 Years of Extended PCB Warranty, hence a total of 5 Years Warranty on PCB. This extended warranty is subject to online registration
• Applicable on Hybridjet inverter 2022 range AC covering PCB replacement/repair of Indoor/outdoor for 5(1+4) years tenure.
